Hello Chemical Engineering and Food Engineering students! Posko UKT is Back!

Tuition fee assistance from IKOMA for the upcoming even semester is now open for registration.

POSKO UKT is an initiative to provide financial assistance to ITS students experiencing difficulties in paying their UKT (tuition fees). This program is a collaboration between the Ministry of Student Welfare Advocacy (Adkesma) BEM ITS and IKOMA ITS.

The Registration requirements of the assistance are as Follows: 

1. Active ITS Students

2. Currently enrolled as active students at ITS for the Even Semester of 2024/2025

3. Not currently receiving any other scholarships or financial assistance

4. For RPL students, eligibility is limited to those from ITS

5. Genuinely experiencing difficulties in paying UKT for the Even Semester of 2024/2025.

Required Documents:

1. A statement letter confirming non-payment of UKT for the Even Semester 2024/2025, accompanied by proof of the amount due and evidence of non-payment (SIAKAD > Payment History for Tuition Fees).

2. Scanned copies of the latest SKMA (Certificate of Active Student Status), Family Card, and Vehicle Registration Certificates (for all owned vehicles).

3. Scanned copies of payment proof for property tax (PBB) or other relevant taxes, electricity, telephone (if any), Wi-Fi (if any), and water bills (latest, maximum from the past three months).

4. Photos of the house (all rooms) taken with a GPS camera that displays coordinates or using home equipment.

5. Certificate of Indigence (SKTM), if available.

6. Scanned copies of letters certifying the occupation of the father and mother or guardian (if parents are not present).

7. Scanned copies of income statements for the father and mother or guardian (if parents are not present).

9. Additional supporting documents, such as termination letters, death certificates, stolen vehicle reports, medical certificates for sick family members, debt statements, and similar documents.

10. A Declaration of Absolute Responsibility (SPTJM) signed on IDR 10,000 duty-stamped paper (adhesive/electronic stamp).

Notes:

• All documents must be in PDF format and merged into a single file upon submission.

• Submission is done through MyITS Student Connect and Google Form (to be filled out only once).

Timeline:

• Open Registration: 11 Desember 2024 – 25 Desember 2024

• Document Selection: 28 Desember 2024 – 3 Januari 2025

• Announcement of Document Selection Results: 4 Januari 2025

• Interview: 7 Januari 2025 – 9 Januari 2025
