In order to support the development of student potential, the FT-IRS ITS Chemical Engineering Student Association (HIMATEKK FT-IRS ITS) held a Basic Level Student Management Skills Training within the FT-IRS ITS Chemical Engineering Department. Through LKMM-TD it is expected to be able to form students who have more managerial skills and can manage an activity, and have a good attitude so that they can become provisions as national cadres and make the entire ITS and Indonesian academic community proud later.

The material or provision of material from the LKMM-TD X-XXVI activities was in the form of a lecture delivered by the FT-IRS ITS Chemical Engineering guide and closed with a question and answer session. The purpose of this material session is to increase the understanding and activeness of the participants. Material sessions were held starting from the first day, May 27 2023 with material on Environmental Condition Analysis and Formulation of Initial Ideas, Performance Measurement Methods, as well as Organizing Activities/Committees and Planning Activity Schedules. It was continued on the second day, May 29, 2023 with material on Communication Between Work Units, Decision Making Techniques, and General Administration. And on the third day, June 3, 2023 with material on Conflict Control Techniques and The Nature of Motivation. The entire series of material sessions were held in TW1-304, TW1-501, TW1-504, TW1-902, and TW1-906 where class divisions had been provided for LKMM-TD X-XXVI participants.

In addition, there is a method of delivering material using the question and answer method between the speaker and the moderator and other participants which we usually call it talk show sessions. The theme for the talk show session at LKMM-TD X-XXVI was "Make Your Event Stand Out". The purpose of this talk show session is that participants are able to understand the methods and application of innovation in designing an activity. The talk show session held at LKMM-TD X-XXVI invited several presenters, including Quinneisha Zella Pramonov as PO Manifest, Renaldi Satria Wardhana as PO Petrolida, and Aulia Muhammad from TEDxITD. The talk show session will be held on the third day, June 3, 2023 at Theater A.
