Hello Chemical Engineering students!

For those of you who are interested in joining an exchange program in South Korea, here is some interesting information for you to look at.

Kumoh National Institute of Technology (KIT)  would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Fall semester 2024 (Intake 2nd September  2024 – 20th December 2024) is open. This program is open for ITS students Bachelor level (D4/S1) batch  2022, 2021. Exchange students usually take 3 to 6 courses per semester based on 3 credits per course, including Korean language classes. Exchange students will also be offered the chance to participate in various extracurricular activities such as industrial tours and cultural experiences.

The Registration Requirements Are as Follows:

• ITS Student for batch 2021 and 2022.

• Application form for student exchange (access through https://www.its.ac.id/international/wp-content/uploads/sites/66/2024/01/Form-1-KIT_Application-for-Admission.docx ).

• KIT_Personal Information Collection and Usage Agreement (access through https://www.its.ac.id/international/wp-content/uploads/sites/66/2024/01/Form-2-KIT_Personal-Information-Collection-and-Usage-Agreement.docx ).

• Latest Academic Transcript in English Version.

• Scanned of ID Students.

• Certificate of Enrollment in English.

• Scanned Passport with validity minimum one year from september 2024.

• English Proficiency Test Score. TOEFL/EFL (min 477) or you can use IELTS/IBT. You can use TOEFL Prediction. However, a screenshot from web UPT Bahasa is not acceptable.

• Statement Letter & Learning Agreement. You may give the approval communication from your Head of Dept for replacement of the statement letter. Please download the file at http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange .

• Valid Korean Proficiency Test Score (if any).

• Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (please kindly note that this documents is required for this program).

• Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must be signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program).

‼NOTE‼

• All your documents must be in PDF.

• All your PDF must be collected in a zip/rar file.

• After you submit the link. YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id .

• In that email you state that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submitted it.

• The Subject must be : “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_KIT_NAME_NRP”.

Registration Timeline:

• Submission deadline: 16th April 2024 (09.00 WIB)

• Interview session: 18th April 2024 (16.00 WIB)
