Throughout this management period, we continue to strive to realize the grand vision of HIMATEKK ITS which is inclusive, innovative, and synergistic. Our Inclusive Vision is achieved through the first Mission, which is to increase the interest and participation of HIMATEKK ITS members by creating an inclusive and collaborative work environment. Meanwhile, the Innovative Vision is realized through the second Mission, which is to make HIMATEKK ITS a source of benefits for its members by accommodating various developments in areas of interest, talent, and competence through innovative work programs, as well as real welfare. No less important, our Synergistic Vision is achieved through the third Mission, which is to foster harmonious and symbiotic relationships with HIMATEKK ITS stakeholders in order to create trust and support between parties. Through the implementation of these three missions, HIMATEKK ITS continues to move towards a better and more sustainable organization.
During our time, we have recorded significant progress, from increased collaboration between members, the realization of superior work programs, to improvements in increasingly efficient internal systems. These achievements are real evidence that the strategic steps we have taken have brought our organization in a better direction. While we have made some progress, we are also faced with a number of challenges that, despite our best efforts, have not yet yielded optimal results. Some initiatives still require time and further refinement in order to have a more significant impact on our organization in the future.
In closing, this management journey has provided many valuable lessons that strengthen the foundation of our organization to continue to grow. Although various challenges still lie ahead, we are proud of the progress that has been achieved and are optimistic that HIMATEKK ITS will continue to grow and contribute positively to its members and stakeholders. These achievements are not the end, but rather the first step towards a better future. Hopefully the inclusive, innovative, and synergistic spirit that we have built together will continue to be the driving energy for the next generation of management in bringing HIMATEKK ITS to a higher peak.
