Smart Berau Scholarship is a scholarship program provided by Berau Regency, which is open to students of SMA/SMK/MA equivalent education level and D2/D3/D4/S1 students (1st to 7th semester). This scholarship program aims to develop the future of Berau Regency through the formulation of strategies and guidelines. The Berau Regency Government provides a quota of 1,500 students for the Berau Cerdas scholarship program in 2024. The Registration Requirements of the scholarship are as Follows: 

• Diploma 2 / Diploma 3 / Diploma 4 / Bachelor students in semester 1-7

• Active students and not currently graduating, and not students who are taking a profession / already working

• For the merit scholarship category, the minimum requirement is a GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.

• For the poor scholarship category, must be registered on the Berau Prosperous Card (KBS) / SKTM managed by the Berau Social Agency

• Students who study outside the East Kalimantan region (such as Surabaya) are required to use a government-owned bank account (BNI, BRI, Mandiri, Bank Kaltimtara).
