Hello Chemical Engineering and Food Engineering students!

For those of you who are interested in joining a short program held by NUS College, here is some interesting information for you to look at.

The Asian Undergraduate Symposium (AUS) is a two-week programme organized by NUS College (NUSC) that brings together undergraduates from Singapore, Asian regions, with a special focus on ASEAN participants, for cultural exchange, networking, and capacity development. The AUS programme framework runs on the I-4 Model (Inspire, Ideate, Intercultural, Implement), which combines Design Thinking and Open Space Technology principles. AUS 2024 will be co-organised with NUS Global Relations Office (GRO) as the NUS-AUN Summer Programme 2024. Participants will have to present and attend all parts of the AUS programme from 1st-13th July 2024. Fee:

The National University of Singapore (NUS) will sponsor participants AUS programme costs, accommodation, and most meals. Participants will only need to arrange for their own return airfare and transfers, visa, travel insurance, and some meals.

Registration Requirements:

• ITS undergraduate students from any batch

• CV

• Scanned passport information page with validity min one year from 1st July 2024

• Scanned of ID Students/Certificate of enrollment

• Statement Letter (Please download from this link http://bit.ly/its-short-program )

• Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must be signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)

• Official Certificate of English Proficiency Test (Eg. DET, TOEFL, IELTS, etc)

For those of you who are interested in joining this program, please kindly submit your application through https://its.id/studyabroadITS . All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submitted it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_AUSNUS_NAME_NRP”.

Registration Timeline:

• Submission Deadline : 26th February 2024 (09.00 WIB)

• Interview : 27th February 2024 (15.30 WIB)
