Hello Chemical Engineering and Food Engineering students!

For those of you who are interested in joining A Semester Exchange at Hanyang University, ERICA South Korea Fall 2024, here is some interesting information for you to look at.

King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) Thailand would like to inform you that they are currently opening registration of lab Internship program intake May - June 2024. In this program, students will have a chance to experience another culture, do some research in a different academic or research environment and pursue your specific research topics by involving international cooperation and collaboration in KMITL. The tuition fee for this program is waived.  However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms and living expenses in Thailand including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, Visa & Travel Insurance.

This program is open for ITS students bachelor or diploma degree batch 2021 & 2022, and postgraduate students (all batch). Final year/semester students will become priority for this program. Students can choose from the prospective supervisor / topic. You need to fit the topic based on the department/lab in KMITL. Please kindly refer to this web to find prospective topic/lab/professor (please kindly check in each school/faculty website): https://oia.kmitl.ac.th/bachelor/ 

Please kindly note that ITS Students can apply for this program for minimum 1 months and maximum 4 months. The schedule can be started in July - August  2024 and will be ended depending on students proposals. You need to consult in your Department regarding the possibility to transfer Lab internship into KP (Kerja Praktek). 

Requirements:

• CV 

• Scanned of Official Academic Transcripts

• 2-5 Pages Research Plan (please indicate the name of Prof. and Topic, and also please write clearly the internship time proposal). The students are not required to contact the prof. OIA KMITL will assist the students to match with the research plan and prospective supervisor.

• Scanned passport information page at least valid minimum one year.

• Valid English Proficiency certificate (original). TOEFL/IELTS/IBT  with minimum score 477 (You can use EFL and screenshot from web UPT Bahasa is acceptable, However TEFL from Dirpendik is not acceptable).

Registration Timeline:

• Submission deadline: 4th April 2024 (13.00 WIB)

• Interview Session: 5th April 2024 (09.30 – 11.00 WIB)
