The first Cash Flow Report of our cabinet is finally here!

As HIMATEKK ITS Lentera Restorasi kicks off its journey, various projects have started rolling out. To uphold transparency, the finance department is sharing the Cash Flow Report for November till December of 2024. The purpose of the report is to provide transparency about the financial activities of HIMATEKK ITS including cash flow in, out, and final balance of HIMATEKK “Lentera Restorasi” cash in November-December.

Here are the report of Direksi HIMATEKK ITS cash flow through november 2024

From the attachment above, it can be seen that the cash in flow of HIMATEKK “Lentera Restorasi” in November 2024 was obtained from the remaining cash of HIMATEKK “Sentrum Elaborasi” as much as 24% including ENDEV share profit, HIMATEKK endowment funds by 65%, and cash contribution left over from the Himatekk “Sentrum Elaborasi” committee by 11%. Meanwhile, the cash out flow is used 90% for website funding, and other 10% for staff recruitment and welcome party. Here’s  the following detailed breakdown of data from cash in flow, cash out flow, and the final balance of HIMATEKK “Lentera Restorasi” cash in November 2024.

Last but not least, here are the report of Direksi HIMATEKK ITS cash flow through December 2024.  

There is no cash in flow in December except from previous month's leftover funds and bank interest. There were more outflows compared to the previous month because some of the lantern restoration work programs had started. The cash out is used for CEKAP reward by1%, Orange Tutorial Final Examination in Odd semester by 14%, Orange harmony by 46% and Himatekk ITS website repayment by 39%.
