As HIMATEKK “Lentera Restorasi” continues to carry out its offline activities, the spirit of transparency remains strong. To keep our members informed, the finance department is proud to present the Cash Flow Report for Mei 2025.

Here’s the financial overview from Direksi HIMATEKK ITS for Mei 2025.

From the upper pie chart, it can be seen that the cash inflow in May was primarily sourced from:

• Previous Month's Fund (April 2025): 44%

• HIMATEKK Endowment Fund: 30%

• Membership Contributions (Iuran Kas HIMATEKK): 26%

• Savings Interest (Bunga Tabungan): 0%

This indicates that nearly half of May’s cash inflow relied on carry-over funds from April, with substantial support from both the endowment fund and active member contributions. However, there was no contribution from bank interest.

On the other hand, the cash outflow for April was distributed across several activities. From the lower pie chart, the cash outflow was distributed across various funding activities, with the highest portions allocated to:

• ISO Training Loan: 28%

• CPT Funding: 22%

• Swarakarsa, OV1, and Himex Funding: 9%

• OT Funding: 7%

• EEC Funding: 7%

• Trainer fee (Pelatih) dan Archer (TV) Funding: 6%

• MRC Funding: 5%

• Matlab SC Funding & ROG Loan: 4% each

• Trainer fee (TV) Funding: 3%

• Scholation Funding: 2%

• ITERATION Funding: 2%

In this month of May, there is more and more funding for HIMATEKK Lentera Restoration work programs, starting from ISO Training, Career Preparation Training (CPT), Reimburse for Swara Karsa, Orange Visit 1, and HIMATEKK Expo, Orange Tutorial, EEC, MRC, Talent Victory, Scholation, and Iteration. Club coach funding is also active in order to support student representative delegations in Red Olympic Games (ROG) activities at the faculty level. Total coach funding (from MRC and TV) amounted to 14% of total expenditure.
