Hello Chemical Engineering and Food Engineering students!

For those of you who are interested in joining an exchange program at the University of Ulsan in fall, here is some interesting information for you to look at.

University of Ulsan (UoU) , South Korea  would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Fall 2025 (1 September – 20 December 2025). The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their dormitory, learning materials and living expenses in Korea including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Travel Insurance.

Eligibility

• This program is open for ITS Students (D4/S1) batch 2022, 2023 from the department related. (The students to need to check the available courses first)

• We advise you to apply for the same or similar major or department at UoU as in ITS. All the colleges, departments(majors) can be found here and course information can be found here.

• Please kindly note that ITS Students must take and transfer  into compulsory, elective & MBKM course up to 20 SKS. However, the students can take 12 – 20 credits including Korean Language The students are not allowed to retake the courses that have been taken during your study in ITS.

Application Deadline : 9 April 2025 (12:00 WIB)

Interview Session : 11 April 2025

Document Requirement

1. One original Official Academic Transcript in English version (GPA min 3.0)

2. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (Valid minimum one year)

3. Certificate of Enrollment

4. The latest English Proficiency Certificate Test Score  TOEFL/EFL (min 500), TOEIC, Duolingo,  or you can use IELTS/IBT.

5. Statement Letter & Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) Please get signature from your Head of Department at Coordinator Department section and please leave blank at Institutional Coordinator section.

6. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (please kindly note that this documents is required for this program)

8. Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must be signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)

9. Formal Photo 3.5 x 4.5 cm

The incomplete application will not be processed by the Mobility Team.

All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submitted it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_UoU_NAME_NRP”.
